Refund Policy

Short version
Consumers in the EU get 14 days to change their mind, no reason needed. Beyond that, we put right anything that is faulty, incomplete or not as described.
1. The 14-day withdrawal right
You have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from your purchase. You do not have to explain why, and it applies even though the files were delivered immediately.
Email gurovdisux@inbox.eu with your order number. We refund in full, to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your notice. There is no fee.
When a purchase is withdrawn or refunded, the licence ends and you must delete your copies of the files.
2. Faulty or misdescribed files
Separately from withdrawal, and for longer than 14 days, you are entitled to files that match their description. Tell us and we will fix, replace or refund where:
- the files are corrupt, incomplete, or will not open in the formats listed on the product page;
- the asset is materially different from its description or previews;
- you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not order;
- a fault on our side prevented you downloading and we could not resolve it;
- the purchase was made without your authorisation.
Where a fault can reasonably be fixed or the file replaced, we will normally do that first. If it cannot be put right in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
3. How to reach us
Email gurovdisux@inbox.eu with your order number and, for a fault, what went wrong — screenshots or error messages help. We reply within two business days.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear, typically a few working days.
5. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback — it is almost always faster, and within 14 days you are entitled to the refund anyway. We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback until the matter is settled.
